I
just wanted to let you know that Sabrina is doing very well at adjusting. I have
not had much sleep in 3 nights I think in part to the jet lag and her being on a
different time zone... LOL
She and I have already started to develp a good
bond. She does not like it when I am out of her sight, so last night, I slept on
the couch...LOL. She is very affectionate and just a lover, but also enjoys her
play tme. She and Tank (Galant's son with Prada) get along nicely, although I
don't let her loose with any of the dogs right now as I want her to adjust with
as little of stress as possible, but when Tank is in his crate in the house, she
always wants to go to him and they share kisses through the wire...very sweet.
He is mad over her...:) She is also in heat....been spotting since Wed. so even
more the reason why I am keeping her all to myself...:) She has the freedom of
our home as I don't want her outside except on leash since she is in heat....and
she is loving it...She is eating good and we are starting to learn how to
communicate with each other....I don't know Slovak...but I got the commands off
of your website, watched the videos....but honey, with my thick Texas accent she
looks at me like i am crazy....so we are working on German/ English
commands...she is a quick learner...She is everything I had hoped. She is
gorgeous, has a beautiful personality and I love her, again, I thank both you
and Josef for allowing me to buy me an Ozzy baby!!! I know we are going to have
a wonderful journey together. I will keep you updated on her and her progress. I
am in over the moon.
Take care and Best Regards,

My husband picked up Eyla from the airport, said
she's gorgeous and very well mannered. I can't wait to get home from Kentucky
and see her,
Thanks again!
Zara
Hi Taunya,
Well, Zara is the youngest dog to pass the Iron Dog test! 45 minutes of stress (
for me ). She was fading at the end, but she pulled through. Sending a pic of
her I took the other day on a backpacking trip in Tahoe, thought it was
beautiful.

She outs on the ball at home and I will keep
trying, taking it slow. I will not change her grips in any way and that's why I
was asking if you were doing anything special or different. I love her grips and
the bite drive she has. The first session we worked her on the sleeve she outed.
The last two times she didn't and just held on until lifted off. We will just
continue to take it slow until she outs. It just may be my southern Slovak she
has to get used to.
The man I'm working with has 30 years experience in working dogs and said
Wednesday she was the best female he had worked. He loved Atja and had said I
would win trials with her but Isa was better and I agree. She is as good as you
said she was.
We are taking it slow and building a strong relationship. while also working
some tracking.

Nadia's Birthday
Hello Taunya,
I just wanted to check in and say hello on Nadia's first birthday. She is such
an amazing dog and has made us so happy. We get compliments on how beautiful she
is nearly everyday. Her obedience is fantastic, her "hunt" drive for drugs and
article searching is great and her bite work is coming along slowly. We believe
she will be ready for her Shutzhund "BH" on her 15 month birthday.
When she passes her BH on her 15 month birthday we will let you know and maybe
she can make it onto the website. Thank you so much for giving us such a
wonderful girl

Hi Taunya. Orna's new call name will be Bia. She is
awesome! Everything she is supposed to be :-). And Canto kinda likes her too,
lol. Settling in fine. She went to club training last night an impressed
everyone. She is a great addition here. Thanks again!
I am planning to do Cantos BH and 1 in Phoenix in the end of September. Can't
wait to start trialing him! We were at the vets for a couple hours yest bc I
always take at least 3 dogs in with me and the vet absolutely adored Canto. The
best gsd she has ever met. She said he is that one special dog you rarely meet.
We sat in an open exam room with him off leash the whole time.

My new boy has arrived
Hello Friends and Family,
As you know, Jullianne on den Gruenenbergen, better
known as Julie (of course the German pronunciation) my beautiful red and
black Schaeferhund/American GSD died the last of March. It has been really rough
going, I gained weight, waiting for my pup and the dam dam didn't go into heat
when she was scheduled. Great sire and dam.
Since Eurosport also has a kennel in the Slovak Republic and I had been sent a
photo of a beautiful litter, I decided to go with one of the those pups.
So, everyone, please meet Eroll Sunami son of Eick and Laura Sunami. There are a
number of his half siblings in the area, from Eick, who work in schutzen and
search and rescue. Eroll will be my service dog.
At nearly 4 months (he flew in Wed 23 June) he was grocery shopping with me, sat
when he should, and I saw him checking my back. I can do road trips again... I
am free.
Basic training starts Tuesday and we are bonding wonderfully.
I will not be attending the family reunion because I have work to do here with
my partner. By the way, he behaves better in the meat dept. in the grocery store
than in the toy dept. of the pet store where I buy his groceries. Just like a
kid.
He loves Jaimie's Tenn Walker, Legacy and they rubbed noses. Then, of course, he
couldn't be satisfied with that and got down and wanted to play. He is fearless.
He was rated as an all around puppy, including schutzen. He perfect for me. He
is laid back, curious, and fearless. He has manners and class.
My Julie had it all but she was a lady. There is one man in the area who has not
returned and she never made a sound and never touched him.
So, meet the new guy who will be with me. He has his tags, coat, and is cute as
a button.

My new boy has arrived
Today Eroll went grocery shopping in a small chain
store. Was right by my side, sat when I stopped, by instinct on his part, I saw
him looking behind me from time to time. Yes, we will be a great
partnership.
The one of the local police
in our village was at the Post Office and he commented on the "air" Eroll has
when he walked with me across the parking lot. Mike who worked with them in the
military and has
trained his own for years, told me how well put together, you can tell he has an
attitude for service work, he is already your dog.
Look, he is working for you right now, etc...
Where did you get him? You can tell he has outstanding breeding.
He is doing working wonders for me already, Taunya.
Thank you.
Sondra z Eurosportu
Sondra is everything that she was advertised to be.
Very nice puppy! She is a little silly about some "inside" things, but I'm just
letting her explore. She "checks in" often for a pet and then goes exploring
again. She is a happy inquisitive girl and her eye contact is so sweet.
Scully
Hi Taunya,
Just to let you know Scully arrived safely. She's a beautiful girl, much
prettier than her picture. Her crate was clean when she arrived but did #2 once
we got home. Anyway Thanks again and I'll keep you posted on her progress
adjusting to her new home.

Brita has Arrived
Just wanted to let you know that Brita arrived in
good health and spirit this afternoon. Delta told us that she would not arrive
until Friday June 25th and then they called this Thursday afternoon to tell us
she was already in Nashville. Glad we were close to home so Deb could go pick
her up. The only papers that came with her were the shipping papers and the
vaccination book.
Deb said Brita did not show any problems with the slick floors or steps at the
airport and we are both very excited to see that! You can tell by the way she
has adapted to us already that she is going to be a really fun dog to work!
Thanks!

Gama
Taunya,
Gama is a very good dog!! We spent yesterday
evening yesterday walking around the farm and getting acclimated with
everything. We have two ponds and two creeks, one of which is 20 ft wide and
ranges from 2-6 ft deep. She loves playing in the water. My parents live on the
other side of the farm and our dogs are truely like our children. As you know I
retired early so Gama will hardly ever have to stay in her kennel, and will be on
the go most of the time. I appeciate you and Josef for selling her to me!! I
will send an email to him as well. I will definitly aquire more dogs from you.
As you know the quality here is the U.S. is not very good and I wanted to go
with someone in Europe. I actualy almost called you to tell you that I also
wanted Fatyma and to also send her,but I will get another dog at a later time. I
have sent you a couple pics of our farm.

Taunya,
I got Hanach in yesterday. WOW!!! what a great dog! She is just what we wanted.
I just wanted to thank you for all the help and support. I have never imported a
canine before so i was nervous. Taunya you took all my calls and responded to
all my emails. You guys put my mind at ease. The whole process was painless and
went very smooth. I plan on doing a lot more business with you in the very near
future. It was a pleasure working with your company. Eurosportk9 maintains a
high standard of professionalism with the service and products it sells. Thanks
again for getting me just what i wanted.

Drago Jr.
Dear Kim,
I
could not be happier with Drago Jr. He is absolutely PERFECT! The vet and his
assistants LOVED him. His temper is calm, but, as with any pup, full of energy!
I can barely keep up. Josef and Taunya Mravik did a WONDERFUL job training him.
He is SOOO well behaved! I can't believe it sometimes.
I would like to personally thank you for all of your help. You were absolutely
fantastic and I appreciate all the advice you have given me, helping me feel
more comfortable during the purchasing process. In a world of fake web sites and
thieves and scoundrels, you surely made this online purchase as easy as
possible. From beginning to end, you were there to help me and, for that, I
could never thank you enough.
I have attached a picture or two for you to see how BEAUTIFUL he is. I will try

interest in the puppy bite pillow and got some nice bites in! He's definitely

contact for such a young age !

Hi Taunya,
I wanted to give you an update on Cherokee and Easy! They are both doing super
great in their new homes. Cherokee will be back for some additional training
soon. They both did excellent when we arrived home from the airport. They jumped
out of their crates like they owned the place! They were both great with my
kids, and other dogs. I appreciate all your hard work getting them selected and
shipped for me. I know what it takes to do this job, and it is always nice to
know everyone is happy! Again, thank you soooooo much and I will be in touch for
more super nice dogs! BTW: Easy is an amazing female…I love her! Cherokee is

Kuruk's arrival
He is the best little man!!!! There’s not one
little thing I’d change, even if I could! He is PERFECT! I agree – that head is
to die for! I can’t take my eyes off him! I took him over to the park today to
see how he’d be with the playground equipment, etc….he went up to everything on
his own and checked it out…even a broken down grocery cart I found we went to
check out, walked up mesh stairs that he could see through – no problem AT ALL
going up and down…he is fearless! I’ll attach some pictures so you can see how
he’s doing….he is totally ruling my other dog - easy-going old guy Dallas. It’s
so funny – whenever he wants something Dallas has he barks right at him and then
takes it! Dallas just looks at me as if to say, "What were you thinking,
woman...??"
I’m assuming his papers will come from the AKC
in some time? Not sure how they operate but I know the CKC can take up to 6
months. Then I can register him here in Canada. If I’m wrong – please let me
know! He has his first vet appointment on April 16th and then I’ll REALLY
introduce him to his new world once he’s had all his shots! I am SOOOO happy,
Taunya! I know I’m walking about 3 feet off the ground! Don’t worry about him –
he really is so well rounded absolutely nothing has fazed him!
Attached are some pictures from today and the
airport last night – as you can see – he was completely fine after that big
adventure at the airport!

As you can see Xamb is very much at home in the command bus as well as the

Suma... aka Loki
Ok, here are some MUCH better pictures. These do
her justice. She is gorgeous. Check out that deep full mouth bite! It takes no
more than a glance in her direction to get her going. She is already barking at
the decoy and believe it or not, she does not need a sleeve...she will actually
bite the decoy for real. We found that out while playing around one day. She
would make a nice patrol dog. Who knows what is in store for her....she keeps
surprising us. Her agility is insane. She took one flying leap up into the back
of my Tahoe the other day. For a small (33lbs) girl, she is so agile. I have to
try extra hard to keep all four feet on the ground...she is a true athlete!! She
is definitely an 'in your face' type dog. When you're sitting on the couch, she
prefers to be perched on your chest or shoulders. She is a BIG dog in a small
package (for now!). More pics will follow. I am definitely going to breed her
down the road. She is awesome.

Suma... aka Loki
Hey Taunya,
Just wanted to give you an update on the pup, who we named Loki. She is a
blast!! Just like you said, she is STRONG. We have been doing tracking w/her
daily, as well as obedience (she already has stand, heel, and here to a finish,
in addition to the sit and down you guys taught her). She is also already on a
puppy sleeve! I wasn't sure she was ready for it just yet as we had only been
using a puppy tug, but when we pulled it out and put it on the decoy, she took
to it like she had been doing it since day 1. We have been doing runaways and
some blind searches w/bites so it teaches her to use her nose to find the decoy.
I couldn't be more impressed with this little girl. Very social, but not super
interested in other people, which I love. She gets along well w/the other dogs
too. She will start agility classes next month. I will be taking her to the
Schutzhund field once her teeth are finished coming in. She is everything you
said she would be--now I know why you had a hard time parting with her. Here are
a few pics...camera isn't that great but we will get some more shortly and send
them your way. Today is the first nice day we have had in a while! Had to snap a
few while we were just out playing w/her in the yard. Also, what do I have to do
to get her papers so I can register her w/the AKC? Thanks again, and I'll send
more pictures soon!

As a side note, OG Indy did a great job with their show. We had never even been

Also, we will be back in Indy in May attempting his SCHH 3 at AWDF. Maybe we'll

Zorro Update...
Hey Tanya,
Just wanted to send some pictures of the show last week, these are when he
was in the ring for Herding Class. His trainer took him in for me this time as I
had been really sick and wasn’t sure I would do him justice. Well he just never
seems to let us down. Such a goof at home and such a hard worker in the ring!
The determination he has to learn is almost scary.
First Place Best Male
First Place Best German Shepherd
First Place Herding Group
He went for Best in Show but did not win. That’s Ok his accomplishments are
many. Later this month we will try our first Obedience show. I can never thank
you enough for our two wonderful dogs. Lenka says to say hi and to watch for her
because she plans on giving Zorro a run for his money.

Zorro's First Show
Hi Tanya,
Well our first show under our belt and for a dog that had never had any training
in Breed Ring Zorro did awesome. He got his CD in 2 days. Can’t say he really
like Breed Ring though, finds it very confusing to run in circles and get
treated for doing nothing. Very contrary to his obedience training! He has a
brain that wants to work and needs challenges and Breed Ring does not do this at
all for him. I had to take him out periodically and do some obedience work
between rings just so he could do something that worked his brain. Funny boy,
but we are so very proud of him and every judge made comments about his top line
and gorgeous head and of course how he must be European because he is not
walking on his hocks. LOL. Here is what he won:
4 first place Best of Breed
4 first place Best Male
3rd and 4th for Herding Group
I am sure that our new little girl won’t be any different. Next show May 28th
going to try for Grand Championship; then our first Obedience Show and in
October AKC Nationals for Obedience and Rally. Have no doubt he will do awesome
again!

well to me and my family, we all love him. I challenged you to find me an
awesome dog and I must say job well done. I am so impressed with Samo, his
character and looks are everything I could have hoped for. Everyone, and I do
mean everyone thinks he is just one beautiful dog. Also as I said when getting
Samo that I would be working with Nelson Rivera, and I have. Nelson thinks that
Samo is just fantastic and constantly compliments him. We (Samo & I) are
learning so much. Obviously Samo had a solid foundation when I got him and we
have been expanding on that. Im enjoying my dog so much and I am a proud owner
of a Eurosport dog. Also the other great looking dog that I see is owned by a
lady that lives on Ft. Riley and she got her dog from you also. His name is
Hasto. Anyway thanks again and you will hear from me from time to time and when
I start looking for a female.

Hello Taunya,
Here are some pictures of Dux that Frances wanted you to have as she put it,

She labeled the first "You want me to do what?? The second is of the crate that

crate pad...WRONG! The third is a beautiful snow shot and the group one is with
his housemates Roq and Ava. Ava, the small bitch in the middle, is her trailing

She describes Dux in her note:
"Dux is....well Dux. Truly a unique guy. Really he's almost clairvoyant and an

She is so happy with him and you really sent her a wonderful dog!!!!!!

Matej
Taunya,
Just wanted to drop a line and let you know that it has been one year since
Matej (Ozzy/Fany 07) came to us. We can't say enough good things about him - he
has been a wonderful dog for us. His obedience training was easy and fun as he
is so willing to please. He has been on vacation with us to the lake and really
enjoys swimming and diving off the dock. Matej has just become a wonderful
member of our family and we couldn't be happier, nor do we think we could have
gotten a better dog for us. I just started his protection training about a month
and a half ago and it is going extremely well. His confidence keeps growing and
growing and he is now a quite capable protection dog, although you would never
know it any other time because of his puppy like behavior! Matej is very
healthy, wonderful dog and we wanted to thank you after one year of having him
in our family. You should be very proud, you did a wonderful job of picking out
the perfect dog for us!
Matej even gets along with our cat, even though it took a few months for them to
settle in with each other.
Thank you again very much for such a wonderful dog!

her and she is SO SMART. When I took her to the vet for a general checkup and to
have her groomed, both the Veterinarian and the Technician asked ¨Where did you
get this dog?¨ The Vet said ¨She really is a fantastic German Shepherd¨. The
Technician said ¨She is just super¨ and asked me for your web site address.
Thank you both so much for helping us pick the RIGHT DOG for our family
lifestyle. My wife is already talking about getting a second dog from you next

Erik
Taunya,
I figured that as long as I'm sitting here, snowed
in I'd tell you a little more about DeeDee (yes I know I keep bombarding you
with stories about her :) ) to further explain why I trust your breeding
program, love your dogs and am so excited about getting Erik.
So often we measure our dogs by their achievements on the sport field or in
their chosen working field and this is good, don't get me wrong. I love working
DeeDee and even when we have an off day I'm proud to be out there with her but
for me, there is a little something extra at work. DeeDee is also part of our
family, she is well mannered and accepted anywhere she goes and she has been my
constant traveling companion for good 6 months now.
I don't know if I told you but I lost my mother to a long battle with breast
cancer this past September. My mother requested her ashes be scattered in the
ocean so we all spent a week down at the Outer Banks, honoring her wishes and
honoring her. In that week, I would take DeeDee down to the beach daily for
walks and thoughts and I never needed a leash. It was three blocks down to the
beach front (not busy streets) and I realized one day I was halfway down our
block with her when due to my preoccupation I'd forgotten my leash.
She didn't need it. If she was ahead of me when we came to intersections I'd
call "Stay" and she'd lock up like she was on the field. If a car came and she
was ahead of me I'd call "Platz" and she'd plop down in a yard until the car
passed. If people with other dogs came walking the other way I'd simply say
"Heel" and she was right at my left knee. I couldn't have asked for a better
companion while I was tucked away in my own thoughts.
We've also been up and down the East Coast helping to settle my mother's
affairs, my grandmothers' affairs and keeping an eye on my father.
Personally this is something I think is so wonderful about her is that she is
not just 'field' trained. I can employee the Schutzhund training in real life
and she responds as smartly and obediently as if she was on the field. Obedience
wise at least, she is in no way a personal protection dog, she loves people too
much for that. :D
Still a quick and funny story. This past week she's been hanging out with my
father getting spoiled rotten and allowed to sleep on the bed with my father's
two labs. My father mentioned that she likes to get down by his feet and he ends
up curled up in a ball. I laughed and said "Dad, just give her a push with your
foot!" My father, who has had dogs all his life (just not GSDs) looked me in the
eye and said "Lael, you could not pay me to give that dog a push."
She may not be the biggest shepherd but something about her still commands
respect and I feel that comes from the care you put into your breedings. Erik
looks to have that same strength of character in his expression that DeeDee
does, which is one of the many reasons I am so excited about him. It's not
always about what happens on the field (though don't you worry, I plan to have a
lot of fun trialing Erik and I have plans to take DeeDee on to high level
tracking titles once she gets her SchH 3) but how the dog represents the breed
in their day to day interactions. From that standpoint, DeeDee is an absolute
champion of the breed in my eyes.
Gosh, I've now hopelessly rambled at you! Eeep, here I'll share a picture I took
today, the snow is deeper than she is tall!

Well we made it in. I stopped twice and walked
her.
I put Pancho in the back yard and then brought her in. They looked each
other over and started playing hands. I think Pancho has been lonesome
since Brown, his surrogate mother Chow/Akita died last June. This will be
good for both of us.
This girl can almost heel off lead already. I am attempting no obedience or
anything like that but she just naturally looks up. We are bonding. She is
absolutely charming
I do not know whether to congratulate you for your breeding program or your
puppy training program but congratulations for both.

Hello Taunya,
We picked Nadia up yesterday and were met at the crate with lots of kisses. She
is truly GORGEOUS! She is also VERY smart and a little manipulative. She is

Hi Tanya,
There is no place I can take him be it training to dog clubs or shows it doesn’t
matter everyone has to ask where he came from and am I going to breed him. I
have not seen a better looking Sheppard in this state. His trainer loves to work
with him as well; she says he has a great balance in his personality. His drive
to learn is outstanding but he is not so high strung he won’t listen. Hence the
reason we are coming back to you for our next one. Robert and I are so very
excited to meet you and thank you for giving us such a special dog. We know the
next one will be just as great.
Just want to let you know that Zorro will be doing his first show next month. We
will be showing him in UKC Breed Ring and the following month he will compete in
his first International Obedience Show. He has such a drive for learning and
working not to mention his beautiful looks. Where ever we take him he turns
heads. You truly do a wonderful job with your dogs and have given us such a
treasure.

Worked him at the club yesterday and it was his
first time on the sleeve (I don't work him a lot, last time was before he got
sick) and the decoy said he was one of the hardest gripping dogs he had ever
worked in his life! There was a Baytown police K9 officer there and asked how
much I would take for him. Said he was a police dog in the making.

Hello from the Foster Family,
We picked up Pedro last evening at the airport and
he took to us instantly. Its not often that you can find a puppy of 4 months of
age that comes to a new enviroment and comes right out of the crate licking
eveyone and ready to play. All I can say is WOW he is awesome, very thick and
large boned pup. He is everything you could ask for in a puppy. He has no fear
of anything and just loves to be with people and other animals. Pedro's sound
nerves and ballanced structure are hard to find in a puppy. He is such a happy
boy and very eager to please you. We will keep you updated on his progress and
send pictures of him. Thank you again for such a wonderful puppy.

Taunya,
Yes they did they had to overnight in Miami and was boarded with a local vet.
They arrived in Nassau about 5pm yesterday. My wife loves them and is already
talking about entering Basco in the local and Florida dog competitions. Basco
has already adopted my sons as his own and Kora was a little shy initially but
is now comfortable enough to romp around the house. We are probably going to
have to deal with both of them in the house as the wife and Kids do not want to
put any one of them outside. I am going to have to house break both of them, any
tips an how best to do this. There temperaments are so solid they do not even
flinch even at this early stage of bonding when my boys who can be rambunctious
are flying around the house. They were everything you said they were and more we
are very pleased with them Kudos to Eurosport K9. After having a somewhat
unpleasant experience with another company you are indeed the class of the

Dear Taunya,
Ibana arrived safely. She is a beautiful girl, very strong and lovely
conformation. Extremely happy and curious! She was all over exploring...on
counters, under tables...very busy. She found the tarp in my kennel which has my
sleeves under it and jumped on it and started digging frantically. My husband
put a sleeve on and she was ready to do bite work! She is everything I wanted.
Thank you... so clean also, and a beautiful coat.
When you have a moment, can you give me a little
history on her to help me understand her behavior? Did you have her since a pup,
did she mostly live in a kennel, male and female trainers? and I am guessing she
is pregnant.
Thank you, Taunya, I will definitely do
business with you again and recommend you highly.

Octan arrived on time
Hi Taunya,
He is GREAT!!! We all love him, they let us take him out in receiving are so I
could clean his crate. The crate wasn’t bad at all, Octan came right out to us
and starting giving everyone kisses. He was very hungry so we feed him and he
devoured it. He is everything we expected and more. We got home @ 9:00 pm and
let to him to the bathroom again. He ran into the house like he knew where he
was going. He roamed around sniffing everything in site. I let him settle in
before the kids started playing with him. They were already playing ball with
him and he just kept going and going. We used the Dog Twister and he knew
exactly what to do and had his treats out in seconds, just like your video.
He comes when we call him and sits when we show him the ball.
My wife took a lot of pictures at the airport and when we got home. We will send
them in the morning.
Thanks again for help and patients with us.
He will be a Great part of our family.

Hello Taunya,
We are friends of Jennifer Holtgrew's and have one of your puppies that she
imported, Ebi, (Drago x Adja). I wanted to let you know how much we love her and
how amazing she is. She is such a loving and gentle dog and is doing great in
her obedience training. We plan on Ebi becoming a therapy dog and to prepare her
I frequently take her to work with me. I work for Goodwill Industries and work
directly with adults with profound physical and mental disabilities. My work
environment can be stressful and intimidating for people let alone a puppy that
is not use to it, but not for her. I am always amazed by her gentle, calm,
compassionate and forgiving spirit. She is always patient with my clients as
they shower her with love despite the loud and unusual noise they make or their
harsh involuntary movements. She always shows extreme confidence as well as
forgiveness as she has had her tail run over by wheelchairs and stepped on more
then once. But I am the most proud of her when she shows compassion and patients
to a profoundly autistic boy who yells, makes strange repetitive noises and is a
little rough when he tries to pet her. She understands, she get it! And when she
has had enough she walks away. She is a smart! My co-workers are impressed with
her as is everyone who has had the chance to get to know her. Even my cats like
her! She is beautiful inside and out and is loved beyond words.
The following pictures are of Ebi and my son. I will try and get some better
photos to you soon. Thank you for this wonderful dog!

Lola - update
Sorry it took me so long to get back to you.
I've been so busy with Lola and Trey that I have not had time to check my email.
They are both asleep right now so I finally have a little down time. Lola is
wonderful. I hope she is as happy as we are. She is really good with Trey but
she probably thinks she is living with the devil. He has a lot to learn about
dogs. All he does is chase poor Lola around the house. She never has a moment of
peace. She now sees him coming and immediately leaves the room. He will learn
though and I think they will become the best of friends.
Right now the only issue we have is the cat. Lola is not sure of Tom at all. She
sees him and goes crazy. I think in time they will be ok. Tom is a strong willed
cat and if he knows he is protected he will not run from Lola. The only time he
does run is if she catches him off guard. I don't think Lola is out to hurt Tom.
I think she is just very apprehensive about him. Bern and I just have to work
with the both of them until they form a sense of respect for one another.
All in all I don't think we could have found a better dog than Lola. She seems
to be happy here. I've taken her with me when I stroll Trey around the fields by
our house and she really seems to love all the open space she has. I have had
her on a long lease and she likes to wander off as far as she can and check
everything out!
Thanks for all your help

Hi Taunya
we purchased Kain/Kano from you. the dog is doing very very very well. He lives
lives in a huge mansion with his fiance and he has been a perfect match for the
family. I train him 3 times a week and have converted his commands to German. He
has a great temperament and has been very sociable around kids at pool parties
and most recently Halloween parties. He's coming along fine and once they have
the same control in obedience that I have with him, we'll be moving him on
gradually in some home protection (depending on his maturity level). He's filled
out nicely and is probably hitting 80 pounds of lean muscle. Next time I'm with

Taunya,
Tell Josef, that his girl Mary (Marlyn Egidius) has truly found her work passion
in Solution Focused Therapy Dog work (not the meet-greet therapy but, the real

people and energy to work, and we found her nitch. Because of her (Mary) a young
boy is walking on a treadmill (were he refused before), a young man is speaking
(who refused to talk), and and older gentleman is no longer just waiting to
die...he is pushing himself around in a wheelchair walking her and playing ball
with her. There are more patients she is working with and all are benefiting
from her mental and physical healing talents...the doctors (who we work with
closely) and nurses just love having her around the physical therapy clinic. She
is truly one of the best canine companions I have ever had the pleasure of
sharing my life with...she so enriches my world.

Hello Taunya & Joseph!
We hope all is well with you and your Eurosport Family. It’s been awhile since I
updated you on how Agar is doing so I thought I’d share a photo with you to show
you how he spent most of the summer.
I think he was a Lab in a previous life because we can’t keep him out of the
pool. I can’t believe he’s going to be 6 years old already in December. Seems
like yesterday when we picked him up at the airport. I can’t imagine my life now
without him. He brings so much happiness to our lives. The kids have gotten him
a bit spoiled but he’s definitely earned it because he’s just a wonderful dog. I
think at times he’s almost human. Lol I dred the day I have to ask you to find

think about it and hope to have many more years with my #1 guy. J We won’t tell

The girl is doing very well. It was funny, the entire trip the only place she

she walked across the wooden bridge with no problem and then when we got home
she ran up the porch stairs like she has been doing it all her life. She slept

things to come. Anyways I hope you have a safe trip.

Update on Xane Policia
Taunya,
I couldn't be more pleased with Xane..she is a absolute gem.
Over the weekend I took her to a FEMA training and she climbed around on the
rubble pile like it was nothing at only 4 months old and ready to take on the
world.
I walk her through my neighborhood and by bike riders, skate boarders and she
shows no fears at all. Her nerve strength is quite amazing....Nothing seems to
phase her.
She is certainly very possessive of her toys and will tug at most anything. The
task will be getting her to bring it back to me.
Eurosport has done a fabulous job of foundation training Xane and I am very
happy with the results.
She is smart and agile and not afraid of anything. Thanks for all your great
work Taunya and everyone else at Europort.

Hi Taunya,
As was promised, here's pictures of "Cyrano" I took
them with all the trophies he's ever earned so far. (high obedience, high
tracking, high protection, high in trial, high H.O.T., high sch1) not all at the
same time, but that's what he's got so far. So currently it's Ciro zo Severnej
Hranice Sch1 SchA CGC I need to repeat his 1 and go from there, and then I'm
going to also do SDA with him perhaps.
Hope you enjoy! I was trying to get video of him working today but he was not
handling at his best so I scrapped it for another day. Will send if you want
after I get some..it's only of his obedience and I"ll put it on youtube.

Ciro zo Severnej Hranice
Hey Taunya,
Just a quick note to let you know that a few months ago I got Cyrano's (Ciro zo
Severnej Hranice the Eick son you sold me a couple of years ago) Sch1. In this
past year I've had my grandmother who lived with me pass away and I got married
last month, so Cyrano's training has been seriously lacking of late. But EVEN
with not getting worked more then 2 times a month TOPS for several months he
still came home with high sch1, High tracking, High protection, and High HOT.
Scores were not overly super, I have to go look up but if I remember right it
was like 94 85 (or something like that) and 75 or something like that. We had
major out issues to contend with. He just doesn't want to let go and he wants to
stand there and fight with them over that sleeve! ESPECIALLY if the decoy isn't
overly strong with a lot of presence he'll take full advantage of that. In
obedience, it was a hard day for all the dogs, but he still pulled through with
the highest score for it! So I need to repeat Sch1, but I know from his tracking
that if I put the time in he's super for me. I tracked every day for 3 weeks and
his tracking was top notch. He hadn't been tracked for nearly 6 months before
that! So smart! The tracking conditions were pretty bad, dust storm hitting us
in the face and he still walked away with a BEAUTIFUL track.
As my life settles down I'll finish his titles, but just wanted to thank you yet
again for my boy!
On a fun side note, when I was engaged I took Cyrano to Utah with my now
husband. Cyrano LOVED hiking with us in the mountains, swimming in the river,
and playing LOTS of fetch. He is truly a well rounded boy.
Thank you thank you thank you! And my husband LOVES him. Super dog!
Take care,

Ozzy Pup
Hey Taunya,
Hope you and Josef are doing well! Wanted to let you know that I acquired a
young (61/2 months) pup from Ozzy yesterday from a nice young girl (Sarah Clark)
in Elgin TX. She had put this pup up for sell according to her parents because
he was proven to be to drivey for her, and the fact that she has no expierence
in training and didn't want him to go to waist.
I picked the pup up and got back home with him yesterday, he does seem to be
pretty drivey but has a great temperment. I've attached a few pictures from this
morning figured you would enjoy seeing them. I'll keep you updated as I start
his training but so far he shows alot of potential.

Gracy
Hi Taunya,
It's just after midnight and a holiday weekend and I thought I would give you an
update. Gracy is sound asleep right next to me. She has really shown her Graces
this week. No pun intended. (She literally fell asleep in my lap haha). No hard
skills training this week, as you recommended, but we have been doing basics.
I took her for her first long walk off leash today, for a full mile. I have
learned a few quiet verbal tricks to get her attention if she starts to get
ahead of me, however, if I walk like I mean it, she stays right next to me.
That being said, over the course of a mile was her nose next to my knee all the
time, no, but was she was FANTASTIC, yes!!!! All things considered, even if she
wandered a tiny bit ( and I mean just a few feet ) she was instantly responsive
if I called for it. (And around here how many groundhogs, deer or turkey have
been around that she could scent, plenty!)
Eurosport (Josef and you and the staff) did an amazing job with her! She is
flawless with visiting children btw..thank you. She has bonded with us, to the
point that both children can feed her, take her food and toys, ( I pushed that
concept right away), if need be, and walk her off leash. Perfect! She has her
dinner every night when we do, right next to us. Afterward, she checks on the
kids while they sleep.
The kids wake up smiling each morning with her licking their face in bed and
then they all have breakfast together. On the working side, I don't have doubts
either. Gracy is acutely aware of her surroundings as we move about during
family outings. I appreciate that, and am confident in her ability to be serious
on command or otherwise. You do great work, and for families like ours, a
shepherd of Gracie's temperment and training is a safety blanket. I will
continue her training and she will travel with us as we go from spot to spot.
Gracy is a gem. THANK YOU!
Kind regards,
Mike
Gracy welcomes the kids home from School
Taunya,
Wanted to drop a note and let you know how wonderful Gracy is. She arrived about
a week ago in perfect health and is quickly becoming best friends with my two
children. She is very social with other dogs and with other children coming in
and out of the house to play which was the "must have" requirement we discussed
before I purchased her. Of course she can become serious in an instant if she
needs to and keeps an eye out for us just as we wished. The six weeks of daily
additional training you gave to her really paid off and she is already a trusted
family member and a protector. Thanks for all your help in choosing Gracy and
training her to meet our families requirements. She is the perfect addition to
our family.

Erri girl ( Keira)
Hi Taunya,
Just wanted to give you an update on the puppy. She is doing fantastic !!! Her
drives are through the roof, and she never gets tired, or wants to stop. She
does hier, sitz, and platz already. She has been on the table, over an A frame,
through the tube, and over the plank. She has done a little foos off leash,
which is very happy, but do not want to push her at that as this young age. She
is afraid of nothing, and nothing intimidates her, and is in everyones face. She
is bites hard and has great grips, already coming off the ground. She has moved
onto the ball and goes crazy when it is pushed away. She is one tough girl,
doing all this at 15 weeks !!! Thank you for such a fantastic puppy !!!!!!!!!

I won't likely have another dog after Marc, but
if I did, I wouldn't even consider looking anywhere else. Instilling that kind
of confidence in a buyer, you should be very proud of yourselves. Accomplishing
that with a hard-sell like me is even bigger since I am nearly impossible to
please on any level.
Dux is with Frances
Frances has Dux and says she thinks he is part
Bloodhound! The first thing he did out of the crate was take the water bowl she
gave him, dump it and run around. She is very happy with him in all regards-
looks and attitude!
She did say she would suggest someone pay for a broker next time because Customs
are such turkeys.

Kraken
Hello Taunya,
I was just wanting to send you a quick note to let you know what an absolutly
outstanding dog kraken is. He is completely what we wanted and then some. His
drives are out of this world. We love him more then we can explain. We have
found a local IPO club here about a week ago and have went to it a couple of
times already. The first day we took him there, just to get familiar with the
large amount of dogs and people, the president of the club tried to buy him off
of us for 2000 euro. I told him i would not sell this dog for any price. i
showed him your website and praised about how well of people you all are and
everything, hope that was ok. Everytime we go now he asks if we have changed our
minds and the offer still stands, we just laugh. Now we have run into the
problem of my wife having this top notch dog to work with and i am am on the
sidelines. we have talked and decided that it would be best if i got my own dog
to train so i will leave her alone, haha. I was wondering if you had any of the
galant pups left that would be able to work like kraken. Kraken has set the bar
of us and has set it extremely high.
Thanks and i look forward to your reply.

Dux Valov Dvor
Taunya,
Dux walked in here and it was like he lived here
all his life. He went right out our dog door and we let him meet all of our
other dogs one by one without a hitch. He had a very long flight but seemed
unfazed by everything. This dog is very stable as a long flight, new family ,
new country and unfamilar dogs are a whole lot to ask of a dog. He is sitting
right next to me as I am typing this. He seems very happy here. We train on
Saturdays and I grabbed a agitation harness and was walking out the door this
morning and he starting getting excited and wagging his tail.I thought briefly
about taking him today but that is just too much to ask on the first day. Thanks
again for another well rounded stable healthy dog.

Ella
Taunya Ella is doing very well. Her owner came
for 3 days and has been working her and very happy with her. We do have several
weeks of training left with her but she has come along way.
She has really stepped it up in fight drive. She is getting to be very tough I
have come close several time of getting bit for real. She is doing very happy
obedience with my son and has bonded with him. There will be that transition to
the new owner and he understands that.
Our new place is on 5 acres with trees and I did several fights with her and hid
in different places and she found me each time. These were not easy as they were
not only tracks but air scenting problems with different wind conditions.
I thought you would like to know this seeing how much you worried about her in
the beginning. She is doing well.

Claddagh
Hi Taunya,
When you look at the video of Claddagh you will see what I mean by not having
much to work with in the line of trainers/helpers. They wanted to see for
themselves what he was capable of doing. I think Claddagh did no think much of
what they were capable of doing wih him! Life goes on! He's doing very well with
the A Frame and hurdle. His unending drive always amazes me. I have contacteda
friend who is going to make plans to work with me and Claddagh. His name is,
Preston Heller, and he's been around for forty years. He saw your videos of
Claddagh when he was Brando and fell in love with him. He recognizes the dog's
potential and cannot sspeak enough about him. Hope all is well with yo nd your
family. Thank you for the signature.

Helo Taunya,
Every thing went well with Brando (Claddagh's) arrival. He is such a beautiful
dog! Thank you for the outstanding work you have done wih his foundation and
developing his temperament. In just twenty-four hours we have started a wonderful
bond.
Meeting Zach in the park went well. Zach was not aggressive and Claddagh was
remarkable calm and clear headed. They will need to be kept separate, but that
is fine. I feel that if Zac had the benefit of your puppy program he would be a
much different dog and not feel the need to be dominant out of a sense of
insecurities. He is still a very good dog and we love him very much. Now we have
two dogs to love!
Again - thank you for your wonderful puppy program and the remarkable trainers you
have on your staff.

Darth z Eurosportu
Taunya & Josef
On Sunday June 21, 2009 Darth, Richard, and myself attended A Kennel Show in
Kalamazoo, Michigan. Given our demanding work schedule and hurried lifestyle,
the trip was questionable. Also, we were apprehensive about the five hour (round
trip) drive. Would Darth become anxious? Would he get car sick? etc.. Down to
the wire, we cast all doubt aside, loaded the GPS and made it happen.
We arrived to the sights and sounds of dotting parents and pampered furry paw's.
At every turn, the auditorium was a sea of proudly displayed Rosette Ribbons.
Well earned.
It was amazing! Darth took to Tony immediately! And, the admiration was indeed
mutual. While outdoors, Richard and I marvelled as Tony and Darth interacted. As
Tony dished out Slavic words one-by-one; Sit, Wait, Heel, Bark, Darth responded
(without a blink) on command! They worked so well together!
With the day winding down, and a few lingering folks remaining we just about had
the building to ourselves. We talked for hours... And, with the patience of a
saint, Tony graciously answered a zillion and one questions! Sharing so
generously his knowledge, expertise, and golden wisdom. Often, I might add
deferring to you. Tony is a wonderful person with a heart of gold and a giving
spirit. Both Richard and I, Darth, too were so happy to meet Tony in person.
On another note, much to our surprise our apprehension about the road trip was
unfounded. Dart is a great traveller! However, we noticed he goes into high
alert protection mode at gas stations. Doing all this as he remains calm.
Amazing. Just what we want. He also, has adjusted well to life's luxuries. He
loves riding in our large Lincoln Truck; and having the whole back seat to
himself. He has no complaints about the soft leather seats, and the cool air is
kind of nice too!
I saw your photograph a couple of weeks ago for the first time. I devoted all my
time to Darth, I saw nothing else on the Eurosport web page. Well, all I can say
is you are a very beautiful women! I told Richard, she must be a model. You have
beauty, brains, and class. Josef, you are a very lucky man.
Thanks for everything.

Renee & Hausto
Everything is working out very well. Hausto's
fantastic with Jazz & Annabel and the neighborhood kids too. He loves to go on
the long walks with me; and playing ball is his absolute favorite. He even plays
ball (supervised) with a little 4 yr old.
Hanto's house manners are excellent - even when we're cooking or eating - and
importantly, no home destruction. He only slept in his bigger crate the first
two nights...after that he cried because he wanted to be upstairs with us. My
girls were ecstatic when he chose one of their rooms to hang out.
The basic obedience is very good. My Czech my commands are getting
better...thank goodness!! I'll be meeting with a trainer for off-leash and
security work. Too bad I don't live closer to Steve Petit's Schutzhund Club.
They were awesome!!
Hausto's a fun-loving guy!! He's got quite the personality...!!
I'll keep you posted and send pics soon.
You've been great Eleanor! Thanks for helping me with the little bitty stuff
too. You made all the difference in the world.

Gauner arrived safe
Hello Taunya and Josef,
Just wanted to let you know that Lynsey picked up Gauner yesterday and as usual,
so far he is everything you said and more... talk about confidence!
He came out of the crate after another 5+ hour trip in the truck after his plane
ride like he was in his own yard meeting old friends... outgoing, social and
alert. He greeted everyone calmly and happily but he just reeked of
confidence... as a long time helper I can tell you that sometimes you can just
look at a dog and KNOW he would respond to threat in a heartbeat with real
power... and he definitely has the look... and he's still a youngster! But
equally important for me was the fact that he wasn't looking for trouble... he
wasn't threatened in the least even though he was in a new country meeting a
group of strangers in a dark parking lot with dogs barking etc.
He and Lynsey seemed to make an immediate connection... he was frequently
checking back with her and being very attentive... she's just thrilled with him.
We're gonna give him a couple days to settle in (although I can assure you we
could have worked him right off the plane) as soon as we work him I'll let you
know... I can't wait, I know he's gonna be a lot of fun and as a helper and TD
I'm very excited to be able to have such a promising young dog to work with...
and I know Lynsey will do her very best to help him reach his full potential.
We'll keep you updated.
Thank you again for such a quality dog... he's a "typical" Eurosport dog...
exceptional in every way.

Hi Taunya,
Just wanted to let you know Kraken did very well on the drive and his first day
in his new home. You were right about him being a little monster. I love it!! He
is loving the ball on a string and found a way to get to me tonight in our
garden *it is fenced off. He has found his spot outside and inside he is at my
feet usually.
Thanks again for everything!
Stephanie
Hi Josef,
Just wanted to let you know that Kraken did well on the trip home. Not too much
crying and seems to be adapting well so far to his crate. He got sick a few
times on the first half of the trip but after that was ok. He didn't go to the
bathroom in it until two minutes before we got home...lol. When we got home our
female was outside greeting us while Kraken was still in the crate in the car.
We thought she was growling at him but come to find out he was growling at her
and then started barking like he was sooo big! I couldn't believe him. They seem
to be getting along ok now but haven't been around each other very much yet. I
don't think we have anything to worry about. He's lying at my feet right now.
Well I thought you might be interested to know how he did. I will keep you and
Taunya updated with how he is doing.
Thanks again for everything!

Hi Taunya!
There is so much I have to tell you about Cora...she is
absolutely amazing!! She loves to swim in the pool, loves
the snow, rescued our cat from the pool, the list goes on
and on. But the most unbelievable time came one night when
her and I were running down a side road, I had my Ipod on
and didn't see the group of boys in the trees. When we ran
past, they went to come up behind us. I didn't even give a
command, she turned around and jumped two of them so fast I
only had time to release but as soon as I called her back,
she ran to me and stood in front ready to go again. They
took off, I don't even know what kind of damage she did to
them. And then my very scary dog goes and plays tag with the
rabbits in our backyard!! It's unreal.
Well, I hope things are good with you. I did see that a dear
friend of yours had passed...so sorry to hear.

Hi Taunya,
He's turned into a
large, hairy beast! :) His nickname is Sasquatch
(like Big Foot)
Attaching one pic, not a great one, but you get the
idea. He's a great guy - really went through an
early growth spurt, so I thought he was going to be
gigantic, but he's slowed down and looks like he'll
be around 85# or so. He is blowing coat right now,
so it's a mess! He is doing very well with training
- taking it slow with him, but he loves the game and
is doing well on the rubble so far. Fabo is also
improving - we took a big step back and just spent
time getting him more comfortable with the rubble,
and it appears to be paying off.

Fun little dog. Smart,
focused, eager to please. Monster drive for the bitework.
Good full, firm grips and calm holds. No problem there with
this little guy. He does have some natural aggression in
there that will be brought out later on. The decoys are
careful not to wake it too soon. He will be a good protector
and from the very first day guards in the car and in the
house. He gives warnings to strangers, but will approach and
be friendly if they pose no threat. EXCELLENT temperament,
both for work and as a living companion.
Thanks so much again for letting this happen for me, I am so

to the car :) He needs to learn how to take treats from my
hand, started the HERE work. My arms were bloody before I
even got to the car! He barks like a demon! Music to my
ears!!! He's beautiful and none the worse for wear for the
trip. We are going to training in the morning :) The
downside is that none of my puppy containment tricks that
worked for Dakota works for him. Will have to go back to the
drawing board. Right now it's the crate. I wish you could
see him before you leave.
He is wonderful!

We picked up Duffy in Dallas and she was excited
to come out of the crate. She is an affectionate and an intelligent dog and has
thoroughly impressed me. She is responding well and is becoming a large part of

basically flew into the car while I turned my head for a second. I'll be sending

Also, I can't thank you enough for being there

3 weeks in and he is doing great! When he came
off the plane he was confident, friendly and went right for the toy. Those
characteristics have only continued to come out. He does great with any helper,
has a great start on focus work and is maneuvering chain link and any other
agility obstacles I can expose him too with ease. He is showing all the
potential in the world to grow up to be a great SAR dog! And although completely
irrelevant to his work...he is a very handsome dog! Will keep you posted.

Hi Taunya,
Just wanted to let you know that we put Eric on the rubble today to evaluate his
comfort level on the pile. We simply walked around with him off-leash on a
section of it containing concrete rubble and wooden pallets. He showed no
reservations about climbing around on any of it. I didn't think he'd have any
trouble, but had to check as per normal protocol. Also, he seemed ecstatic about
being at training. He definitely knew it was a fun place to be. I'm extremely
happy with how well he did and we plan to start his formal training after the

Matej
Taunya,
Matej tolerated the flight just fine, he was happy to come out of his crate and
do his business, sniff around for awhile and got back into his crate to go home.
He is a big puppy! He has been responding to us already and is very confident,
he has crated very reliably and
seems to have VERY good nerves! A big train goes right by the training facility,
very closely and makes a lot of noise, Matej never flinched. He checked out the
lift to my van, jumped right in and did great on the ride home. So far, he is a
very special dog - we will be sending you pictures soon.

Letter from Matej....
Dear Mom:
I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know that I am doing
fine. I know it was difficult for you to let me go but I really like
my new home. The people that own me (Mike and Chris) are very nice
and I have a really cool place to live. Everyone has been
very kind and gentle to me and I am learning all sorts of things.
The language is new to me but I have learned some already. “Take a
break” means to go to the bathroom. They have a cat named Henry and
he and I are getting to know each other. I think we will be good
friends cause he is not afraid of me. I get to go to school almost
every day at the K-9 academy where I am learning how to take
direction from my new dad.
I best go for now. Again thank you for the wonderful childhood and
also for the opportunity to let me broaden my horizons and move to
America. Take care and say hi to everyone there.

Hi Taunya:
I just wanted to let you know that Eric arrived safe and sound! He had quite a
long trip, compounded by heavy traffic on the way home. I didn't think we'd ever
get back home! He was very quiet in the crate at the cargo area and in my car,
but growled a little when I went to open the crate door. I figured he just
wanted to let me know he wasn't a pushover. I can imagine he was wondering what
the heck was going on! I just let him take his time - smelling the leash and me
- and then leashed him up. We went for a short walk outside and he quickly
relaxed. He doesn't seem afraid of anything, which is good..
I'll send you updates as things progress!

Siche Play Time
Taunya
I got the chance to take Siche for a real walk in the woods today during
training. She had a blast. I think you need to check Galant's lineage, there
must be some Labrador retriever in the wood pile somewhere!! This pup LOVES the
water, she will submerge her head grabbing at leaves and sticks and anything she
thinks she can get, she is part submarine. She pounces and jumps on things she
sees in the creek and runs through it with I swear the look of joy on her face.
She was an absolute mud puppy by the end of our 75 minute walk, but she really
was a good dog and had a chance to wear herself out. After I hid for the other
dog, about an hour or so, she was all rested up and ready to go at it again, but
I was tired. She hasn't found water deep enough to swim in yet as things have
been dry around here, but I'm thinking she'll have a grand time with that as
well eventually.

Samantha
Hi Taunya,
It’s been a long time. Hope all is well. I have been
extremely busy over the past year. Samantha has helped me
keep my sanity in 2008, she is my very best friend. Samantha
is very happy and loves playing with the cat, Barnabus and
hanging out at the park playing ball. Recently, a friend
(narcotics officer) watched Samantha for me for a couple of
days, when it was time to return her he asked if I would be
willing donate Samantha to the Houston Police Department.
Naturally I told him, NO! Samantha has a real strong ball
drive (a love affair with the ball) and loves people. She’s
just very, very special. Anyone who comes in contact with
her and spends any amount of time with her, falls in love
with her.
Samantha is 2 years old now and I plan to begin agility
training with her and search and rescue. Dogwood was just
too far to travel for me, as 290 has a lot of traffic so I
will probably find a place close to midtown to train her.
Can you supply me with the name of a good search and rescue
outfit we can join. I wish there was a Shutzand(sp?) trainer
here in Houston. I would still would love to meet up with
Kym and see Sly.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
With all good wishes for you and your family,

Hi Taunya & Josef,
Whoo Hoo ! Well, I guess
you already heard the news about Lusy getting her SchH1.
Steve is just Crazy about telling everyone about Lusy no
matter where he goes or who he meets. LOL What Steve said
below is exactly how it was to the tee, we had a hard judge
and I'm glad we did..I wouldn't want it any other way.. We
also got the High H.O.T I didn't expect that at all.
Tracking was extremely brutal...Very winding, dry
conditions. Lusy lost it in the 1st turn in about 12 inches
of grass with a deep ledge on top of it., but she managed to
get right back on track after alittle help from me. not bad
for only tracking for 2 months. That's where we lost all our
points in the 1st turn. Yikes ! I'm looking forward to
accomplish much more in the near future, maybe we can get
our SchH ll before years end and then get the breed survey
done. Going to need your help with getting Lusy in an
upcoming show where she can be judged fairly with her own
kind. So if you know of any shows please send me a heads up.
I also found out Chicago will be hosting the Seiger in
Arlington Heights IL in April 09 Would love to attend that
show....What's your thoughts ? Hope to meet up with you
soon... Again, Thank You so much for letting Lusy be a big

Dear Taunya,
I just wanted to send you some up to date pictures
of Baldar. He is so sweet and quite the prankster. We love him. Some of the
pictures show my daughter in the yard playing with him and there are a few
really recent pictures of him and our new kitten. We just adopted a mother cat
and two kittens. They are slowly getting acquainted.
He trains with my son in the morning by accompanying him on his daily run up and
down several hills. He escorts me to work, for his morning ride in the car and
supervises Mike and herds the cats during the day. Then we play in the backyard
and take a few walks in the evening. He loves to be with us when we have a movie
night. He loves the dog park we go to and has made a lot of new friends. He has
been amazing with the children. I have some pictures of him when he was younger
playing with my nieces and nephews. I just can't thank you enough for him. He
has been a blessing and has helped me heal after losing Shogun last fall.

Matilda arrives
It was 8 PM before we finally got the baby home.
She arrived alive and well. VERY alive in fact she ran loose in the yard for
about a half hour as soon as she arrived. We fed her a light meal and brought
her into our largest crate in the living room so she could be with us. She
played with her new Kong for a while and fell asleep. A long day for the kid.
I am very pleased with her so far. She is big and healthy, she is curious and
shows intelligence. A happy, loving pup that immediately bonded with my grandson
and followed him all over the place. (One pup to another I guess.)
Thanks for the great pup, she will fit in well here, I can tell that already.
She jumped into the car with me when I drove it into the garage. Sat there in
the front seat looking out the windshield and seemed disappointed that we only
drove a few feet and got out. We will take her out for ice cream tomorrow. Might
as well start spoiling her immediately!!!

Just to let you know, the pup is doing great.
The crate she sleeps in is right next to a sliding glass door onto a balcony. A
bird feeder is there and once in a while a raccoon will climb the posts to the
balcony to check out the feeder. The second night she was here Matilda heard
something climbing the post. She immediately began to growl. When the raccoon
climbed onto the balcony and she actually saw movement, she gave off some good
old fashioned, deep from the chest, challenge barking. Sounded like an adult. Of
course I had to get up (it was 2 AM) go to her and tell her what a good dog she
was. The old male showed her to the pond and she LOVES that. Chases ducks and
swims like a pro.

Egon came out of the crate at the airport like a monster! He wasn't bothered in
the least by all of the airplanes and cargo trucks around him when I took him

has to relieve himself. Shows no fear of anything. And he has that wonderful
smell of a Universal Sieger in training! Thanks again, Taunya.

Zamb Update
Hi Taunya,
Sending you an update on Zamb, my Gallant son! I ADORE this dog! He has been a
true joy to train and work with and he’s stunning to boot!
We’re in the middle of

of him so you can see how he’s grown up and how he’s doing in his USAR work.
Thanks again for him! He’s just an enthusiastic and willing worker!
The first photo is of
Zamb helping me train a whole new group of handlers (he adores me and would
choose me any day, but when it comes to his job he’ll work for anyone!) and the
second is of him standing on a piece of suspended chain link (about 4’ up in the
air) where he ran up a plank and across the chain link to alert on his victim
and get his reward. As you can see he still has that beautiful, full grip! It’s
like an endorphin shot to him to have that toy in his mouth! lol

and that He'd take him off my hands for me. ;0) They thought he was a "good

grin! When we got back home today, I took the dogs walking and down to the pond
and he Swam around as if he's been doing it all his life. Was glad to see that.
He had a great start apparently...he's WAY beyond my level in Sch already and

T:
Hi there - I hope you're doing GREAT.
Anyway, if you have any info, feel free - no biggie.
Pup Update: My pup is perfect - no weaknesses in any phase of work. The bond is
so strong, he has overcome his possessiveness upon retrieval and returns to me
with the prey item every time. The bond and respect factor makes the difference.
Many dogs understand the command, but won't comply. He complies. Hard work got
us there. The internal struggle that makes possessiveness what it is was clearly
evident during training, and can still be detected. Interesting trait.
He is completely happy and loves his life
here, and loves me in totality. I am his prize possession (and pack leader,
coincidentally ;-). He hangs near me in the home and still threatens those who
approach (possessive/proximity issue). We'll work through this and be fine.
He is the perfect prospect for PP work (owns the house and doesn't tolerate
strangers on the property - and at a mere 7 months of age - ridiculous! Love
it.)
Pigment: Getting really dark now. Perfect health. He is a total MONSTER.
You've made me very happy with this pup, and my appreciation is not a fleeting
thing - it is forever.
Photos soon.
Take care :-)

Great news. Fantastic dog; superb handler.
I am proud to have an Ozzy pup. He is as close to a perfect pup as anyone could
possibly dream of - no weaknesses at all and NOT handler sensitive. Through the
roof drives, totally focused and immediate synthesis of information while
learning. Complete pup - could go as far as he and his handler want(s) in top
level Sch (sport) competition, transition to PP, Pol Svs or SAR. Extreme, *full
blast* drive all the time (even when seemingly exhausted) as promised (have to
watch the fingers and hands). No one handles this guy but me.
Hope you enjoyed the UKC event (photos suggest you did;-)

Ivan zet Eurosportu
Taunya,
I want to publicly thank Eurosport and Taunya and Josef Mravik for Ivan zet
Eurosportu:
I just recently purchased this magnificent
high level sport 12 month old puppy. I communicated my needs in a dog to
Taunya. She was honest and open with me throughout the negotiations. Originally
I asked Taunya about purchasing another dog for sale on her website. She told me
that he was not the dog for me and why. I appreciated her candidness.
Ivan has been with us approximately 2 weeks.
Ivan had a two day journey: Day 1 - Slovakia and Day 2 - Germany to Houston.
What a trip for a youngster! He came out of his crate at IAH and marched down
weird open metal steps like the sound trooper he is. Ivan was born in Texas and
sent to Eurosport’s Puppy Program in Slovakia because of his extreme talent for
sport. In Eurosport’s Puppy Program he received the most excellent solid
foundation for high level competition sport. I personally highly recommend
Eurosport’s breeding program and Puppy Program.
Ivan is all Taunya promised and more! Ivan is
an absolute joy in my life.
Thank you Taunya and Josef!

Introducing to You My New Friend and Companion
from Slovakia - Ivan zet Eurosportu
Hello Club Members and Friends,
Just want to share with you my new friend and companion. He has been a top
classified whispered secret. The secret is out and his name is Ivan (prounounced
E-van.) "Ivan" means "The Lord is Gracious." Truly, the Lord is gracious in
bringing me this boy. Thank you Lord for Ivan!
Ivan's Daddy,SG Basco ze Slovanskeho Domu SchH3, IPO3, FH1, a Normal is pretty
spectacular. To find out more about his Daddy here:
http://www.eurosportk9.com/basco.asp
Ivan's gorgeous Mom is:
Noire di Dranel SchH3, SVV1, IPO3 (Nora) a Normal
http://www.eurosportk9.com/noire.asp
You can see photos and videos of her here.
Many of you know the heartache and tragedy that I have been through with dogs,
so I wanted to keep Ivan a secret until his arrival. He arrived Wednesday after
a long two day stressful journey. Ivan traveled from Bratslavia, Slovakia to
Frankfort, Germany on Tuesday. On Wednesday he traveled from Frankfort, Germany
to Houston. He came out of his crate social and sound. Joe went out the wrong
door at the airport with him. Ivan and Joe walked down weird metal open stairs.
Not a problem for this sound working boy! He's loving, clear headed, and sound.
Yet he is all energy when it is time to work! Ivan will be a force to contend
with on the Schutzhund and Working Dog Sport field when he grows up. In the
meantime, Ivan and I are busy having a wonderful time bonding. He is just a baby
boy with a lot of learning and maturing to do. Ivan, Mercy and I are just going
to enjoy the journey. Glad that each one of my friends can be a part.
I thank Eurosport for breeding this magnificent boy and allowing me this
opportunity. Taunya was open and honest to me when I contacted her about what I
wanted: National Competition SchH 3/WDS 3 sport potential with good hips and
elbows, able to KKL (breed survey), excellent working line pedigree for
breeding. Ivan was born in Texas. Because of his extreme sport talent, he was
sent along with his brothter , Itala, to Europort's Puppy Program in Slovakia.
Europort is keeping his brother, Itala, who you can see on Eurosport's Puppy
Program link. Ivan is all that Taunya promised and more. Ivan's temperament is
FABULOUS as a top sport working competition dog and as my personal friend and
companion.
But most of all - after the Lord, of course, I thank you, my club members and my
wonderful friends from other clubs. Ivan and I will need you in our journey for
socialization, helper work, input. Thanks to all of you my friends. You are
needed. That's what friends are all about!
God Bless You,
Victoria

Asan z Lukyho dvora IPO2
Hey Taunya
Just to let you know all has went well today. When Bill first got home with him
and let him out he was a little disoriented but not hackling just kinda
concerned as to where and why he was here, kinda pacey. So we all went for a
long walk around the farm and fed him a bunch of treats. Second time out today
for a walk you could tell he was a little more at ease but still on guard and we
didn't ask anything from him just another walk and taking food from both of
us...This time he initiated the food, which was a good sign. Third time out
today I told Bill to take him on the Schutzhund field and see if he would take
the ball and play, thinking it would take some stress off and it did!! I think
he and Bill will get along just fine...After a ball play session he finally just
relaxed and laid beside Bill's chair and you could tell by his breathing he was
more relaxed....I think in a few days he will be fine....will keep you posted.
Here is a picture of the 2 new buddies! He is a beautiful boy, can't wait for him
to settle so we can really see the true Asan! He looked clean but didn't get
down to smell him.

Yes, she's doing well. She spent her first 2
nights with me and 4 college kids who had the time of their lives playing with
her. She loved it! She is still a bit unsettled but getting better every day.
She isn't that great with the cats so I am keeping them apart until I have the
time to deal with it. I've only had her home for 3 days so it is all still very
new. She gets along great with Luther, who took her straight to the pond (she
dove right in), and they run laps around the pasture and up and down the
irrigation ditch. She has gone to bed very tired every night! She is very
social, loves people and has attached herself to me like glue. The language is
still a big barrier. I went to your website and have been working on the words
but can't seem to pronounce the down command correctly (she looks at me like I'm
nuts), but the come and sit are fine, and she is learning everyday words we use
like wait, good, yes, and of course no! ( I tend to use "knock it off" a lot).
Attached are some pictures of Tyna and Luther running around the pond. She looks
like a little wolf! I've included a couple of Ananny and Luther too, just for
old times sake. I am leaving in the early morning for 4 days, but will get with
you when I get back.

Igor received his BH today and he was awesome. 57
out of 60 points - best in the group by a longshot. It was hot and it was the
first time I made him do the whole routine without the ball and he couldn't have
made me any prouder. The judge complimented us on doing a good job and having a
clean performance and it was about the best feeling in the world. he was very
steady during the temperament test. I know while I was out of sight, the judge
walked by and dropped his clipboard right next to him and I was told he didn't
flinch.

Loki has arrived safe and sound
Yes, he is INCREDIBLY adorable! We arrived home
in Morgantown, WV Saturday morning around 1:00 am. The friends we were staying
with became quite attached to him and leaving Martainsburg, WV was somewhat
difficult. We have a picture coming of him meeting a pair of ferrets that they
own. Loki got along with them quite well. The picture is really cute. He travels
extremely well in a car and slept most of the way (I wish I could have :^D).
Yesterday, we took him to visit a number of my nieces and nephews. He was a big
hit. They loved him, and he loved them. Lots of running and playing.
Interestingly, one of my nephews has special needs, and Loki took a special
interest in him, and was even somewhat protective. When our nephew was away from
the rest of the children he would watch him intently to make sure that he was
okay. Loki was really gentle with all the children and loved playing sniff the
frisbee. Our other nephew would throw a frisbee, and Loki would beat him to it,
Loki would sniff the frisbee and wait for our newphew to come and throw it
again. He seems to know when someone is afraid of him and latches on to that
person or child. He will follow the person around and will sit to be given a pat
on the head by that person. He is really gentle and sweet.
On the shipping side, everything went off without a hitch, I though customs
might have just been a little bit slow in clearing him, but it was not too bad.
I really liked the puppy passport included with his papers. Can we use that to
keep his shot records in general? The only thing that did not appear to be
included were his Slovakian and AKC pedigree paperwork. Will that be sent at a
future date?
On the evaluation side. He seems to be REALLY smart. After only two days of
house training he is already starting to go to the door (briefly) when he wants
out! I have never seen that so fast in any dog. We will probably begin
rudimentary obedience training to day working the sit. I have bought a book
called Schutzhund: Theory and Training Methods by Susan Barwig and Stewart
Hilliard (do you know them by chance?) and we will begin working Loki through
that system tomorrow. We intend to use Slovakian commands He prey drive seem
pretty intense for every thing except a frisbee. He loves tennis balls. We have
a burlap roll which he REALLY loves. The pet store had a toy that looks like a
small tire, but is made especially for dogs and he loves to chase that when
rolled. When he gets it he prances around with it like he just took down some
large adversary. About the only thing he does not like is frisbees which he
likes to chase but does not retrieve.
Well, that is about it for now. I'll keep in touch and send lots of pictures and
videos. We will copy them to Dave McDonnell. Feel free to put them on your
website if you like. Thank you very much for Loki he is awsome. If you ever need
an endorsement just let me know and I'll give you and Josef a glowing one.
Thanks again.
Until next time,

Hi Taunya,
I am just now getting around to getting Slicky
registered with the AKC and though t I would send you a few pictures that we
took to send in with his registration papers. We took these yesterday. I think
he is very pretty. I didn't stack him up all that well but did the best I could.
We had a great tracking class today. I stayed afterward and worked both dogs as
the class is mostly lecture. Lucy was great as always. I hadn't worked Slick in
a week and the last time I stayed close and really worked at keeping his nose to
the ground. Wow, he must have either thought it all over or got charged up
watching the other dogs work. He came flying out of the car, pulled all the way
up to the start flag and was on the track with his nose down. He flew down the
track, and was probably too fast since I had to jog to keep up. He was just as
good on the second one we did but was a little slower which I think is a good
thing.

to the park (where we went tracking). He was a huge hit at
PetsMart. People thought he was beautiful and so nice. He
gave a couple of hugs out too. One woman loved him and I
gave her your website address. She thought he was gorgeous
and has a wonderful personality. He does like everybody and
has started giving the nicest hugs. He gets up and gently
puts his paws on your shoulders and then gives these gentle
little doggy kisses. It's a lot different from the
Rottweiler storm trooper approach. I able to do some new
location training and he was good. A bit distracted at first
but he was able to pull himself together and do some
obedience. I have cleaned up my act from that video.. When

Hi Tanya,
I thought I’d drop you a line to let you know how Agar is doing… he’s just

Alan Schrom (Bear) and our upcoming vacation to East
coast
Taunya,
I wanted to give you a bit of an update. His fourth training session (this
morning) went much better; in fact it was so much better that he was rewarded
with being able to have a bit of 'free run' with Orsina in our three acre yard.
(I knew that Orsina will not run off; and felt that he would more or less stick
with her). Of course i watched him, and didn't let him get out of my sight; he
was wonderful; he ran and had a ton of happy fun running around, playing tag
with Orsina ... fun fun
I have been doing long downs with both Orsina and Alan/Bear both lying as we
watch tv, and being rewarded after a bit of time. I enclose a few photos of two
long down practices and also of their kennel in their all Season room, where I
can lock them both up when I need to wash the floot. Yesterday we had steak; we
always used to take the trimmings and cut them to smaller pieces, and divide
them between Orsina and perry, a geriactric chinese pug. Orsina was used to
having the long down, followed by the reward of the steak bits. I wasn't sure
that Alan/Bear would stay down while I put the plate with his little share, in
front of him. But he did! He waited for the release word!! ... What a good boy!
You know Paul is an ER doctor. We had put in a request to the hospital for at
least two weeks off to visit our vacation place (half an acre on Pamlico Sound).
They just planned March's schedule. have been told by the hospital that it will
be convenient for us to go from March 1 to March 19. We will bring both Orsina

I hope that your plan to visit our club will be after March 19. Let us know if

Hey, Did some obedience and lots of bite work this
AM. I am gaining great trust in this dog. I love his attitude. It is becoming
more and more positive each day. We are getting to know each other.
A tracker, well, he's not there... yet, But
obedience and protection ..wow. He has power, but, Taunya, its clearly
controlled power! I am lucky you recommended him and I think saved me money! I
never thanked you.
Had a clean bill of health from the vet .
Weighed 81.5 lbs. He doesn't look fat at all. House broken, I think....

Taunya,
Thank you so much! He's wonderful... came
through the flight fine and the 2 hour drive home. Met the horses - he's got a
great bark! Kids love him - he's not interested in the cat - seems to really
like the idea of being inside the house and just hanging out. Will forward some
pictures. thanks again for all your help. met a guy at the cargo area who was
picking up another dog from you guys. small world.

I picked Gildo up from the airport yesterday. He arrived in good spirits in fact
when they went to load his cage in my SUV he went off on the workers. My first

he was fine. He is truly an awesome looking dog, I love his deep color. Thanks
again for a great dog.

Chesy
Taunya,
How are things? Thought you might like a few
pictures of Chesy. She has grown so much. She was in heat last month and lost
about 10lbs. Its takin a few weeks for her to put the wait back on but shes
almost there. Its hard to get a side shot of her cause shes so active and loves
to run around. When you give her the command to stay she sits and waits. Hard to
take a side picture of her standing by my self, LOL. She is very obedient and
loving. It was a little hard for my wife, Anne and I to stay with the Slovak
commands, so we started over in English. For some reason Anne tried the commands
again last week and the only word she responded to was "Sad ni. She is great
with our 5 year old Daughter, they play together all day, once in awhile Chesy
forgets how big she is and knocks Mackenzie over and then likes her face, LOL.
When we go out to the Acreage she watches my daughter like a hawk and stays by
her side. I take Chesy to work with me every now and then
and she's really friendly with people coming in and out of my office. Chesy is a
very important part of our family and we thank you for every thing you guys have
done.

Taunya,
A friend took these - Look at Randy's face....do you think he enjoyed working
with Iko????
This system employs shaping & operant behavior so you do a lot of standing there
while the dog learns on his own. Fascinating to watch them trying to figure it
out! Iko relies on his eyes a LOT. He would fix on Randy and try to get at the
ball he was holding - took him a while to learn to mistrust the info from his
ears and eyes and rely solely on what his nose told him. He spent a while trying
to leap over the boxes .

Hi Taunya,
I am in love with this dog !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What a terrific animal!!!!!!! He's magnificent.
Totally self assured, soooo social and HUGE ball and food drive. My male Dancer
thinks he is a very nice Xmas present HA!
Wayne also adores him...most helpful to have
your husband happy with him.
I took him along yesterday to see a bit of the
world. 3 of us met at Norwich University to train (SAR). We have 3 feet of snow
which presents some challenges. The campus is abandoned during school vacation.
We had 3 huge curved parking lots surrounded by massive mountains of piled snow
which made for a great place to work Iko. He greeted John and Phyllis with great
enthusiasm.....We did recalls for treats. Both John and Phyllis played with
him...he knows the 2 ball game well. He was such fun...plays with anyone! We
held him and threw balls up onto the snow mountains...yelped,
lunged...DRIVE!!!!!. Watching him work is amazing!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you for selecting him for me..

Hi Taunya,
Iko arrives on time and in great shape!!! We got through customs in 15 minutes
...unheard of. A man from Maine took delivery of 2 8 week Neopolitan
Mastiffs...how cute!!!!! He knew how to navigate through downtown Boston to
customs so we made a good team.
Iko came out happy, delighted to play a game of tug with me...bounced around
cargo parking area meeting everyone...totally unconcerned about trucks, etc. I
adore him!!!!! Very gentle caring dog.We got on the road on the leading edge of
Friday traffic and got home by 7:15!
His enormous crate is set up in the family room. He's had a tour of most of the
house and delighted in playing in the snow like those bobcats you see in nature
shows which pounce...stand up on their hind legs...wait...look, listen then
launch into a airborne pounce in to the snow.....what a hoot! He has a lush wavy
coat well suited for a winter climate.
I will take some pictures tomorrow and will take him out for a romp in the
woods.
I am tired and am heading to bed. Iko was very hungry but I fed him only 1/2 cup
dry along with brown rice and a little broth and a probiotic.
Chat tomorrow,

Excellent news. Did they still smell good?
It's funny you should mention that. I was sitting down and she came and laid
across my lap and I got a big smell of her back and yes, she still smelled
good!! It's not often that folks take the time to bathe the dogs before
shipping, I really appreciate it.
Gala has been very loving and comes when called. She has not been aloof or shy
at all. The one thing she tries though is to always escape. Hopefully she gets
over that.
Dora has been a dream, my daughter has taken her over and we are practicing the
Slovak commands and will work the dogs today. They are eating great, still
adjusting to the food change but happy and upbeat.
For some reason they put all the documents that were on top of Galas kennel in
the crate with her and she ate them. Can you tell me what is Doris's full name
please. Also when do I expect documents.
Thank you

The puppy is doing fine, settling in surprising
quick. He's adapted to the horses, pigs chickens and ducks quite well, and the
cat issue is calming down. Quite possibly the best dog of the seven we have had
in the last 26 years. Let me know what commands he was initiated with if you
could please. Also we require the papers along with pedigree to register with
AKC and CKC. Did they start with paper training or crate training or what? Let

amazing dog I have ever had. In just one day she had bonded to me like I always

to the really fun stuff. Everyone wanted to know why I had to buy a dog from

knew the answer but now I have the proof. Thanks from the bottom of my heart and

Alan
Hi Taunya,
Took Alan tracking this morning for the first time. Conditions were not the
best, the field I used had the grass cut yesterday and I did not know. He went
out and tracked like a champ. Very fast, nose to the ground and happy to do it.
We just did a scent box and short right angle turn on the track. He even picked
up my footsteps back to the car when we were playing ball afterward.
Also, took Alan to see Scott yesterday. That is why it has taken so long to
reply. Scott said he loved him. He was clear in the head and a really nice dog.
Scott worked him in the blind and escape and long bite and said grips were
great. Another helper at the club in DC worked him about 2 hours later and the
first thing he said was quote" this fucker bites hard". You should have seen the
smile on my face. I think it is still there. Have video if you would like to
see.

avoidance but he does turn it to the side on the bark and hold, looks kinda
cool. Adolfo just needs to work on the fact that he sometimes turns his whole
body to the side and gets on the left side of the helper. Other than that...

contracted to complete the training of the Clayton County Police Department's
new dog "Ivo". I have been training dogs in schutzhund, KNPV, French Ring &
Police K-9 for 34 years. Sometimes I am hired to do work for many of the police
here in Atlanta. I wanted to tell you what an excellent dog "Ivo" is. You
obviously did some preparatory work with him. Everyone is very happy with him
and he is making good progress in his training with me. He has a very good
relationship with his handler. This is the handler's 2nd German Shepherd. He is
doing very good in tracking, searching (for the man) drug detection, and of
course in his bitework. Thank you for this wonderful dog.

tracking is outstanding! We also have started the building search and area
search. He also does great on the agility course and I've started him on his
long sit and long down. Of course his bite work is great too! Today we started
the out. We have trained Kota on the leg and the ass bite, but he'll hit ya in
the arm too! I have recieved many compliments on how solid all around my dog is
how he has matured so fast and strong, not to mention how handsome he is.
Anyway, I hope all is well with you and your enjoying your stay in Europe!

Alan got here today at about 1:00 pm. He was having fun barking at a beagle on
the same flight. He was sure ready to get out an stretch his legs. I took from
the airport just outside the gates and we walked around for about an hour and a
half. He was ready to explore everything. He is sooooo cool. He absolutely loves
a ball. I did not run him any because he looked a little tired from the plane
ride. We just played with the ball kind of close quarters and he would roll
around on his back and smash the ball. I look forward to getting to know him for
a while and then starting some training. There were no papers from the AKC or
any other body that came with him. No scorebooks or anything else. Not sure if
this got misplaced or what happend to them. Please let me know. I will keep you
posted on his progress.
Thanks again for your help.

Bran
Hi, Taunya
I am sending you a couple candid shots of Bran. I just got a
new digital camera so hope to take some better pictures this
week, and next week we are going to a French Ring seminar so
I’ll get someone to take some nice working shots. He loves
to bite, he loves our decoy Daniel and just lights up when
he sees the field. I am looking forward to the seminar there
are 2 decoys from France coming and one from the States so
Bran will have a chance to work new decoys.
I did not work him much early in the Summer, he had a sore
shoulder, I think from wrestling too hard with one of the
other dogs. So he spent the early summer swimming, growing
and getting a full set of big teeth and he healed up just
fine. It didn’t hold back his training in the least, I
started him on the field again a month ago and he was better
and stronger and ready to work. He is a funny dog I train
him at home using Ivan’s methods, he outs well and works for
the tug well. But on the field the tug means nothing, he
wants the decoy. He still outs no problem but since he won’t
take the tug as a reward I just praise him and give him a
pat, and he is happy to work and wait for another bite as a
reward.
The decoy Daniel recently sent me an e-mail after we worked
Bran on his first flee attack. He said ”Bran is not just a
good Shepherd, he’s a good Dog, and PS I still have a bruise
from where Bran bit me on the Flee Attack.” That makes me
smile, but dogsport aside Bran is a joy to be around
everyday, his everything I could want in a dog, he is a gift
beyond measure, Thank You.

Hey Taunya and Josef,
I can't tell you how perfect Tank is for us. He is an angel.
He is even great with my two year old. Tank is fascinated
with him and follows him around curious to see what he is
going to do next. I couldn't wait to get up this morning to
see him. I am totally in love with him.
My poor husband had emergency
surgery on his ankle a couple days ago....it's a long story.
.... But he still got down on the floor so he could bond
with Tank. It was pretty cute. I brought Gary home from the
hospital yesterday and I then ran to get Tank. Gary was so
worried that he couldn't be there to pick him up. He was
waiting outside on his crutches when we got home so he could
be the first to greet him. The first thing he said when he
saw him was "He is beautiful". I think he was even a little
shocked at how pretty Tank is in person.
Thanks again, It was a
perfect match,

Hi Taunya,
We received the pedigree a few weeks ago. Thanks! Kona (Savo) is doing well with
us! He's a very powerful boy, but has the best temperament. We live right next
to an elementary school so he gets hugs and pets from the kids on our daily
walks. Hasn't quite figured out the jogging thing yet, but he sure can protect
me from that hamper in my room! Still, the calmest puppy I've ever seen. Thank
you so much for recommending him to me. He has allowed my fearful female rescue
to really open up and relax in public now. Both of them went back to obedience
classes and passed with flying colors. My life has really become about the dogs,
and I love it!
We were going to try Schutzhund obedience and tracking, but instead I'm thinking
of pursuing agility. (It matches his personality best- he's not quite as serious
a guy like others). We also took them on vacation to the Outer Banks, NC for the
first time and Kona is a real swimmer. He isn't afraid of the waves, so we might
teach him to surf with us. I'll keep you posted on that one! I've attached a few
pictures- one from the night we got him, and others are him this week. Everyone
is so amazed at how beautiful he is. Strangers always have to come by to pet
him. Hope all is well! We saw Basco on the front cover of Schutzhund USA
magazine. :) How many pounds are Nuky and Fuga?

Hello Taunya and Josef
Already three weeks now Shapash is at our place and everything is going great!
She grows very well (we think she will be a big female), eats good and
looks very happy!
She likes water very, very much! She can swim very, very good! When she is
swimming, she also apports (brings) anything we throw for her in the water! With
our other dogs she goes very well! She is very social and knows when to stop.
Last weekend we've organized a trainingsweekend for our breed at our German
Shepherd dog school. There Shapash did protection work for the first time ! She
gets totally crazy and bites very good! We hope with you everything is okay!

Poly
Hello Josef and Taunya,
Already one week Poly (now called Shapash) lives in Holland at our place. She is
doing great!
She is a very social dog, who understands the dog-language very, very good! She
is already big friends with two of our males and she can play very good with our
females! Herewith you receive also a picture of Shapash with our other black
female, Shinji. She likes to apport a lot of things and also she likes to work a
lot with her nose, which we stimulate of course!
She's getting crazy when we train protectionwork with one of our other dogs! She
has already bitten in a puppysleeve and in a big sleeve! It is a very happy dog.
We've noticed that tv is very strange for her, also big cars and persons on a
bike! But, she meets them every day and every day she gets more used to it all.
But, she reacts very good when she
meets other dogs, also very small white dogs (which we won't call dogs!). She is
also very social and friendly to other people!
Today we've went to see our vet for the next vacination and check up. She is
healty as far as we can see. We are very happy with Poly-Shapash

Chesy is here
Hi guys,
Chesy arrived today, She is all we expected
and more. She's perfect.... My wife and daughter fell in love with here right
away. The airlines took very good care of her. She has been playing out side
with my daughter all day and won't leave my wife's side. She was well worth the
wait. She full of energy even after such a long flight. I am still at work out
of town and should be home Wed night, I cant wait to get home and see her.
Thanks again every one and we will keep in touch.
From A very Happy Family,

Hi,
Just wanted you to know that we got Svetlana
last night and she is doing fine. Flight was delayed till 12:50 am. Not much you
can do about that. Also would like to thank you for everything you have done. We
are enjoying her already. She settled in with no problems last night. Like that
she follows me all over the place and sits down next to me. again thank you.

Sylus
Hi Taunya and Josef,
Thought you might like to see a couple of shots
I took of Sylus (Galant x Katy) I took today. Have a couple of video's of his
bite work at training, but can't seem to find which file I saved them to. I will
try to find those and send them too. Not only is he gorgeous as you can see, but
his drives are as perfectly balanced as I have seen in over 20 years of
training. He is an awesome dog. He is 91 lbs. at 11 months and will be a year
old May 12th. Agile and fast too! His bites are crushing and as the one video
shows, even when our 6'8", 275 lb. Agitator slings him from one side to the
other, he won't come off the sleeve!
THANK YOU for Sylus!

photo
Hi Taunya,
Here's Akim's photo from the first UKC show. Next time I'm going to have them
move the table so he can stand on the floor. The table was a couple inches too
short and wobbly!
Next show is this coming weekend. Should be able to finish him! ;-)

Cerro Smrtihlav
Just wanted to send you some
pics of Cerro from today. He lost his winter coat (or puppy
fur) I don't know exactly what it was but a lot of fluff
came off recently. He is a handsome happy boy. Cerro is
doing excellent Sch I level bite work and his tracking is
very good with a deep nose. We are only now starting to
prepare Cerro for the BH obedience. Everything is fun and
play for Cerro... no bad experiences... nothing too serious.
We will take a break in training for the hottest of the
summer (North Dallas, Tx) (also the ants are bad for
tracking here... already starting to get bad).

Hi,
Just to let you know, Eta is
kicking ass in her training. In just 3 week she is on 3
odors, meth, cocaine, and marijuana, on vehicles and
indoors. She is a little tracking machine and in the bite
work she is the bitch from hell. She will hit you in the
middle of your back in the bite suit going down field at 85
mph and also she will take your legs out in the bite suit.
She is not a pet or a sport dog she is a POLICE DOG that
wants to work. Her hunt drive is over the top she will go on
and on. If I were still working the streets I would work
this dog. Also Galant son Jopa aka (Gomo) for only 7 months
old he is on 3 odors meth, cocaine, and marijuana, on
vehicles and indoors, very strong on his bite work still too
young for the bite but could be on it. Fanta is a tracking
machine and will leave here with her master track. She is
also on 3 odors meth, cocaine, and marijuana and also on the
bite suit taken back bites. Rich Daniels is working hard and
having fun.

Boomer
Hi there, all is okay, I
like him a lot, at first he was wilder than a March hare, he
& I have a very good relationship. I walk him every morning
and track every other day and do obedience three times week.
He is just as good as the video's showed, have used the meat
drag and drops of hot dogs about every third step, at first
he just wanted to play with flag, but, he now knows he
shouldn't do that, he is tracking about 50 paces for some
food at the end and then play ball but not too much.
(Bill Behr has been doing the helper work he says Boomer is
great and of course , we all knew that...!!
Please say thanks to the lady
and man which did the very good work on Boomer, I could
tell by the video they were top dog trainers.
Best to you and yours,

Diva
Hi Taunya
All I have to say is that
Diva is incredible she is having a great time and has
settled in quickly. Cindy came with Diva at my training
classes on Saturday and took my clients by storm. Her bite
and flight really amazed my people. Diva is perfect for
Cindy because her 54 lbs is easier to handle than a 75-85
pound male. Cindy is very happy for having Diva and what she
can do you and Josef have done a fantastic job...!!

Dear Taunya,
We just got our dog, Jessie, yesterday at Kennedy
Airport in NYC. We are so happy!! She came out of her
cargo crate and I thought she might be a little tired
from a long flight. As soon as she was out, her tail
was wagging and she greeted each member of our family
like she’d always known us and was just back from a
trip. She kissed everyone and was excited to be with a
new family.
We’ll give you another update soon. Thanks for find the
right dog for our family.

Endy Dzako
Just wanted to drop you a
quick email to let you now how Endy is doing. We picked him
up from the airport and, after letting him stretch his legs
outside the cargo area we reached home around 8.30pm, which
made it a long day for Endy. He was tired I think, but was
checking out the house for the next hour or so. He’s
adjusting well, and is everything we expected, such a lovely
dog (and a looker too!). He’s on his best behavior still,
but is great with people, and other dogs too, so we’re
really happy. I've attached some photos as promised. Endy
loves going down to the beach, which at this time of year is
perfect because he can run around and enjoy himself. I was
apprehensive of letting him off lease for the first day or
so, but he seems to have bonded well. He walks nearby and is
very well trained. I haven’t walked so much in ages!, but
Endy loves it. He’s taking a break sleeping on the office
floor next to me as I type this. I have to confess, that
even though I felt a bond with Endy from just seeing his
photo and videos online, I was still a little nervous of how
he'd be when we got him. I just wanted to write and say he
is a fabulous dog, an amazing temperament. He's unfazed so
far and gets along well with our family & friends. Thanks
again for looking after him and helping us get him here. We
love him already.

Hey T -- attached is a picture
of our girl waiting to take the field at an Ivan seminar
this week - she's a beauty!
Deva is doing well - continuing in our SAR work and I
started over again in SchH. She was too crazy in the
protection work and Ivan had her settling down in 3
sessions. I tore my ACL so we are doing things a lot slower
and I have to get surgery in June so she should be a real
treat to live with while I'm recuperating :)
Anyway - just wanted to say hi and see if all is well in
your world.
